If you have not worked with me before, please get in touch before booking so I can get an understanding of your individual requirements. You will need to complete a Health Questionnaire.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation for private classes

1:1, 2:1 and private classes, in person or online, require a minimum of 72 hours notice for changes/cancellations. Your appointment times are reserved for you and I need an adequate amount of time should I need to reschedule/reallocate that appointment. Any changes/cancellations occurring with less than 72 hours notice as specified above, will be charged the full amount.

Cancellation for open group classes 

Open group classes are paid for as a block and cannot be carried over - please try your best to come each week, the payment is non transferrable.  If for any reason I have to cancel a class I will notify you via email and reschedule the class for a later date.

Travel Costs

For those clients who require home visits some additional charges apply for mileage and travel time.
