Service Description

A gorgeous Pilates flow, suitable for Mixed ability clients. In this class we will lengthen, strengthen, tone, breathe and move well. There are always adaptations and progressions - so work at your pace with your body. The £60 is for the 6 week block and cannot be carried over, prioritise yourself and come every week! Your body will thank you for it.

Cancellation Policy

For 1:1 and ad hoc group classes I require a minimum of 24 hours notice for changes/cancellations. Your appointment times are reserved for you and I need an adequate amount of time should I need to reschedule/reallocate that appointment. If you need to cancel or change a class on a Monday please let me know via email helen@helenpilates.com by 4pm on Friday. Any changes/cancellations occurring with less than 24 hours notice as specified above, will be charged the full amount. Thank you
