Service Description

A gorgeous Pilates flow, suitable for Mixed ability clients. In this class we will lengthen, strengthen, tone, breathe and move well. There are always adaptations and progressions - so work at your pace with your body. The £70 is for the 6 week block and cannot be carried over, prioritise yourself and come every week! Your body will thank you for it. If you have not worked with me before, please get in touch before booking so I can get an understanding of your individual requirements.

Cancelation Policy

For 1:1, 2:1 and private classes I require a minimum of 24 hours notice for changes/cancellations. Your appointment times are reserved for you and I need an adequate amount of time should I need to reschedule/reallocate that appointment. If you need to cancel or change an appointment on a Monday please let me know via email helen@helenpilates.com by 4pm on Friday. Any changes/cancellations occurring with less than 24 hours notice as specified above, will be charged the full amount. The Group Classes are paid for as a block and cannot be carried over - please try your best to come each week. Thank you
