Service Description
Come and join me on your mats for a lovely whole body Pilates work out. Enjoy the challenges with each class and the great feeling Pilates gives you - a great way to start the week. The £65 is for the 6 week block and cannot be carried over, prioritise yourself and come every week! Your body will thank you for it.

Cancellation Policy
For 1:1 and ad hoc group classes I require a minimum of 24 hours notice for changes/cancellations. Your appointment times are reserved for you and I need an adequate amount of time should I need to reschedule/reallocate that appointment. If you need to cancel or change a class on a Monday please let me know via email helen@helenpilates.com by 4pm on Friday. Any changes/cancellations occurring with less than 24 hours notice as specified above, will be charged the full amount. Thank you
