Service Description

Working with me on a 1:1 basis allows us the time to deepen your knowledge of Pilates and fine tune your practice, really getting the most out of it. I love to work with clients on a 1:1 programme and see the results and share my knowledge and love for this wonderful discipline. We are now working on Zoom & 'in person' which has the benefit of slightly more freedom in terms of times - so we find the right time to suit you. I am here to guide you through the Pilates journey and encourage, teach, and work with you to create the perfect Pilates programme for your body, whatever your goals. Now that Covid restriction allow for it I am back on the Reformer teaching 1:1s in the Studio and look forward to seeing you there. I also offer home visits if the studio timetable does not suit you - just get in touch and we can get a date in the diary. x
